How do we schedule a pickup?

Do you do rush cases?

You will find that we offer a very prompt “turnaround” time for in-house work. In addition, we make every effort to accommodate rush cases.

What is your turn-around time?

All new cases are normally completed within 4 to 8 working days in the lab. Models, custom trays, relines, and repairs usually take 2 working days or less. We provide free pick-up and delivery for dentists in the surrounding area and free delivery shipping to our out-of-town accounts. As soon as your case arrives, it is promptly scheduled for production — if we have any questions or suggestions we call you immediately — and your delivery date is confirmed. From that moment on, delivery is so dependable, you can set your watch by it. Not only do we get it right the first time, you get it right on time. Every time! What is your local pick up & delivery service area?

Satisfaction will schedule pickup & deliveries to all clients within a twenty five mile radius of our laboratory at 161 N. Edison Ave., Elgin, IL 60123

What if I am outside of your local service area?

Satisfaction utilizes Fed Ex for all our shipping needs. We find that most ground shipments arrive the next business day.  Emergency or rush cases can be expedited at additional cost.

Do you guarantee your work?

We stand behind our work for one full year after delivery. If a case fails due to workmanship or materials, simply return the case and we will promptly repair or remake it to your original prescription, FREE of charge. We will absolutely, positively satisfy you and your patient.
